Training Pastors

One of the greatest spiritual needs in the world is pastor training. Only 15% of pastors in the world have received some form of training. We make use of both informal and accredited training programs.

Our informal training is focused on biblical foundations, leadership, and church management. Like any good sports coach, it focuses on building skills and discipline.  Through strengthening personal weaknesses and providing practical training and mentorship in our family of Churches we equip pastors for the important work they do in a practical, hands-on manner. Informal training can be far more effective and culturally appropriate than accredited training.

Many countries are starting to require formal training for pastors. In these countries, our pastors go through both, as we feel informal is more effective for the Kingdom of God.
