September was a month of Celebration in Mexico. Mexico celebrating their independence with sheet lights, dancing in the streets and reenactment of the Cry of Dolores. The cry of Dolores triggered the Mexican war on 16 September 1810. A Mexican priest Miguel Hildalgo y Costillo rang they bell at his church and gave the call to arms. There was general unhappiness with Spain but the uprising wasn’t planned until Mr. Hildalgo y Costillo did the call.

Then again we celebrated reuniting of brothers and sister in the Lord. Ps. Antonio Ku Ek went to be with Jesus about two and a half years. Since then his two churches in the Yucatan have been declining. Ps. Fidelio tried to help where he could, but since he has a full-time job it was too much for him and also too expensive to him. He asked my permission to close both Churches two years back and I agreed to it.

I didn’t really plan to come back to Merida, Yucatan. After ministering in Juncal with Ps. Benigno. I had really bad diarrhea again and nothing helped. So I decided I need to get out of Tabasco. Got a place to stay in Merida and when I arrived Merida had a meeting with Ps. Fidelio.

Ps. LuΓs who is part of the Mayan tribe in Mexico. He will restart our church in Sachaba

Who told me that someone gave their house to be used as a church and he restarted the church in Kanasin.

A weak later Ps. Luis arrived back in Sachaba. Ps. LuΓs used to be Ps. Antonio’s assistant and had to leave because of work. But had to come back because of work. We agreed that we need to restart the church in Sachaba. I definitely think the Lord ordered our steps to arrive back in the same state at the same time.

I started to preach at the church in Kanasin and we are launching Discovery Groups also.

I also celebrated my birthday with the church in Kanasin with Pizza.

I also starting to test what type of relief work we wanted to do in Mexico. It’s always been in my heart to help uplift our church communities economically.

Ps. Laura and her Turkeys that she will sell during Christmas season

Ps. Laura ask me to help to get extra Turkeys to sell for Christmas. She wanted some extra money to invest in other businesses ideas. She told me what she needs and how much will she make. We bought her 4 turkeys with food and vaccines. It cost us about $50. In December she will sell the turkeys for 250 USD and will select another person to help who if successful will pay it forward again. We currently only make this available to a woman. As the husbands have to be a focus on putting food on the table and pay rent. And it is very difficult for them to focus on long term projects.

I will consider the project to be successful if she is able to sell them and make a profit. In the next few months as our budget allows we do the same with our other churches. To test what will work or not. The idea is the person selects what businesses they want to do.
